Abstract(in English) In this paper, we discuss about the load reduction of dynamic scaling on N-Active type distributed session control server which can handle various traffic. When cluster members are added, they must look up for the call state and take over it. Because new cluster members must handle these processes and usual messages at the same time, it may occur the reduction of service reliability. We propose methods for load reduction of dynamic scaling, and prove the effect of them.
