Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In our faculty, we have a project-based learning program dealing with the on-campus digital signage and information navigation system under the leadership of faculty students. Currently, this system is built up with "client/server" model within our campus network, and has been running for over several years. Since the whole system is divided into several sub-systems, and each of them has been developed by many different groups, sub-systems are developed and revised in a different way so that the total system architecture is now inconsistent and hard to understand to new corners. To resolve this issue, we propose a totally different system architecture based on overlay network and data centric development model. A tiny administration tool by using Android-based smart phone is also presented.
