Abstract(in English) In recent years, number of optical cable equipment have increased for the expansion of optical fiber network services. Therefore, there is a demand for efficient optical cable transfer work. This paper describes optical cable transfer work efficiency by using traffic monitor system using local-light coupling technique. Traffic monitor system using local-light coupling technique is enabling technicians in central offices to observe, in real time, the usage state of FTTH services for each customer in detail in the field. We applied the Traffic Monitor system to local-light coupling technique with 1.74dB bending loss.
