| 抄録(和) | 東日本大震災を例にとり,大規模地震災害の被災地の解析に,解像度の異なる衛星画像を用いる手法を提案する.具体的には,低解像度画像に対し領域抽出処理やエッジ抽出処理を行い,浸水領域や瓦礫領域を抽出して被災地の概要を求める.次に高解像度画像に対しても同様の処理を行い,特に道路区間上で浸水領域や瓦礫領域を抽出することで,通行可能な経路の探索に役立てる.低解像度画像と高解像度画像を活用する本手法により,被災地状況の概略と詳細を解析することが可能となる. |
| 抄録(英) | We propose a method of using satellite images of different resolutions for analysis of damaged areas of the large scale earthquake, such as the Great East Japan Earthquake. First, we apply the region extraction method and the edge extraction method to low resolutions satellite images, and we extract rubble areas and flooded areas to obtain the rough information of the damaged areas. Then, we apply the similar processing method to high resolutions satellite images, and we extract rubble areas and flooded areas on the road sections for searching the passable roads. Our proposed method enables the analysis of rough and detailed information of damaged areas by using low and high resolutions satellite images. |
