Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Background modeling and subtraction is an essential task in video surveillance applications. Many researchers have been discussed about a trade-off problem between an improvement of performance of a background model, and a reduction of memory usage or computational cost. To tackle this problem, this paper proposes a new framework and reports the effectiveness of the framework.
