Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Computer simulation is an increasingly important tool in neuroscience research. However, there is a consensus that pubilished simulation results are rarely reproducible. This barrier reduces the potential for model sharing, reuse, and publication. To overcome this barrier, we developed a cloud-based platform for neuroinformatics. The platform consists of web server software(Apache), simulation software(XPP), plotting tool(gnuplot) and document processing system (LATEX) on Linux(CentOS6). Users can access to the platform through a web browser and carry out the simulation, without the need to install any software but a web browser on the user's own computer.
