Abstract(in English) | Efficient crystalline Si heterojunction solar cells with poly(ethylenehiophene)(PEDOT)-polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) and graphene oxide (GO) composite are demonstrated using a structure of Ag/(PEDOT:PSS:GO)/c-Si (100)(ρ: 3-5 Ω・cm)/Al. The power conversion efficiency enhanced up to 6.5% under illumination of AM1.5 100 mW/cm^2 light. Because of ease of preparation, soluble PEDOT:PSS:GO composite will be promising for hole-transporting layer and transparent conducting layer for crystalline Si photovoltaic applications. |
