Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The RF circuits in wireless applications have been popularly studied these days. The LNA, which is one of the RF circuits, needs to have differential output for the latter part, the mixer. In many cases, received signal is converted to differential signal by using balun, and then sent to the LNA part which has differential input. However, there are some losses by using balun, so the design of single-differential LNA, which has single-ended input and differential output, is needed. This paper describes the designing technique of that type of LNA, and the analysis results.
