Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have proposed the new simulation methodology, which we named as NSTVR(New Simulation Tool for Voltage Regulators), DC-DC converter to simulate transient responses and frequency characteristics at high speed and in precise without using a SPICE-like analog simulator. In this paper, we further exploits the methodology to the boost DC-DC converter which circuit is actually designed by using a 0. 18 μm high-voltage CMOS devices. It is shown that ours is 80 times faster than SPICE in simulating frequency characteristics.
