Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, carbonized organic waste powder is proposed as new dielectric loss material. The complex permittivity of the fabricated sample containing this powder is measured and is compared with no-reflection curve to evaluate if this sample can be applied to the wave absorber. The ε^^'_γ of this sample were measured by using free-space method in the frequency range of 18.0 to 26.5 GHz. The samples are using the combination and compounding ratio of the powder carbonized in various temperatures and the one using mixed powder. From the results, the complex permittivity was quantitatively examined by changing the combination and compounding ratio, and these showed different results. Then the shielding effect was calculated, and as the results the shielding effect was about 25 dB in thickness of 1 mm by using the powder carbonized in high temperature. Also, we proved that the wave absorber for 22 GHz with the various thickness of 0.75-1.47 mm could be achieved by using the powder compounded in appropriate ratio.
