| 抄録(和) | 近年,様々なレシピ検索サイトがWeb上に公開されており,これらのサイトを参考にして献立を検討することが多くなった.このようなサイトから得られるレシピをもとに,好き嫌いや栄養バランス,食材の有無等を考慮しつつ献立を決定することが必要である.共働きの夫婦など,1週間分の買い物をまとめて行うケースが考えられるが,単純に7日分のレシピを決定し,必要な食材を購入すると使い切れずに無駄になる食材が出る可能性がある.そこで,一定期間で食材を使い切れるようなレシピ群の推薦が必要となる.本研究では,食材の無駄を減らす料理レシピ群の推薦を実現するシステムの提案を行うとともに,評価実験に基づいた考察を行う. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, there are many recipe search engines on the Web, and people often use them in order to decide menus. We think that it is very important to determine the menu, taking into account the presence or absence of food, tastes and nutritional balance, based on recipe data obtained from these recipe search engines. Suppose that two-income couple buy food ingredients for 7 days. They are not able to use the all ingredients and to waste them, if they simply determine the recipes for 7 days. Therefore, it is needed that a recommendation of a recipe group that consume the all ingredients they bought. In this paper, we propose recipe planner system for reducing food waste and perform an experimental evaluation. |
