Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, there are many recipe search engines on the Web, and people often use them in order to decide menus. We think that it is very important to determine the menu, taking into account the presence or absence of food, tastes and nutritional balance, based on recipe data obtained from these recipe search engines. Suppose that two-income couple buy food ingredients for 7 days. They are not able to use the all ingredients and to waste them, if they simply determine the recipes for 7 days. Therefore, it is needed that a recommendation of a recipe group that consume the all ingredients they bought. In this paper, we propose recipe planner system for reducing food waste and perform an experimental evaluation.
