Construction of common data storage system for experimental data of SPring-8

Abstract(in English) A novel data aquisition system has been developed for the SPring-8 user experiment data collection. SPring-8 produces large amount and high data rate data utilizing high quality and high flux x-rays so the very high system performance is required. User data have to be stored in the system combined with meta-data such as experimental conditions for the later reference. We introduced DSpace to maintain the meta-data.
