Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, cloud services are spreading rapidly between enterprise users as the promising solution to reduce cost of information communication systems. In addition, cloud systems are used as the infrastructure for both enterprise and personal information communication systems. This is because they require service agility and flexibility to follow changes of social trends. The business continuity plan is also being demanded especially after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. This plan is useful to maintain high-performance and high-quality services against unexpected large-scale disaster. For satisfying such demands, Inter-cloud technologies are attractive. In these technologies, many cloud systems are connected via wide-area networks and they cooperate so as to share cloud resources with each other. This feature is useful to improve service performance and reliability economically. According to these backgrounds, this paper introduces trends of inter-cloud technologies.
