Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper presents the feasibility and the performances of the wireless network coding prototype based on TDMA using GPS to make wireless nodes synchronized easily. We evaluate the system throughput and average delay performances of the system where wireless network coding and frame aggregation are jointly applied in the traffic environment of some packet lengths. Our experimental results show that wireless network coding and frame aggregation can improve system throughput by about 1.83 times compared to that without WNC and that the average delay can satisfy the delay performance requirement of VoIP service.
