Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Many of mobile phones are equipped with wireless communication devices (e.g. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). In this paper, we propose a book recommendation system for mobile phones. QR code and RFID are researched and popular technology, but it needs to touch receiving devices for data I/O using these technologies. Therefore, we think these are unsuitable to use for many of library users. On the Internet, most of students search books for reference and find information of their field of research. Therefore, they are not active and positive libraries users. And so, in this paper, we propose book recommendation method for individual students and system implementation. Students can gain information about books for reference through entrances of library on their mobile tools.
