Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Whole-body averaged specific absorption rates (WBA-SARs) is being used in various countries for radio-wave exposure. However, the safety limits are based on the behavioral destruction of healthy adult animals for radio frequency exposure, while these are not being derived from experimental results for young and pregnant animals. For experimental validation of GHz-band WBA-SARs in a real human, on the other hand, there have not so far been any publication papers. In this report, studies on bioelectromagnetics (BEM) are reviewed from technical reports presented at IEICE technical meetings on EMC during from 1977 to 2011. Some of the findings on BEM this author obtained so far are also shown along with future BEM subjects.
