Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A charged human walks near by an electronic-equipment, it may have induce severe EMI troubles. To investigate true cause of the phenomena, we have made both electrostatic and electromagnetic experiments. Under some dynamic conditions between a charged object and an induced metal object (floating), a unipolar charge induction phenomenon is observed. We also measured impulsive electromagnetic fields caused by the induced BSD under dynamic situation between the charged object and the non-grounded floating metals.
