Abstract(in English)	We have been developing the wireless LAN-based communication system to transfer and share the safety information of suffers and the information of infrastructure damage such as electricity and water in any kind of disasters including typhoon and earthquake. In ordinary times, this system can be used as means for sharing community information in a certain area and as a method for providing sightseeing information of the area to tourists. In this paper, we report the current status of the development including the field experiments being performed with the support of residents of a social community. Our future research plans are also described.
