Abstract(in English) In order to accelerate decision-making and implementing of managers, we aim to apply activity data to management. Our proposed process is that searching the gap of data and their image of their organization and next thinking the way of filling the gap. The hypothesis is that this would help managers to find their organizational problem and decide their next action. To verify the proposed process, we collected activity data by sensor-network system, "Business Microscope", and gave a feedback (network-diagram and network-indexes) to managers periodically. In result, 75% of managers answered that they found their problem and 63% answered that their next action was clarified.
