| Abstract(in English) | It is an important problem to secure the safety of the student and the school personnel who embarks in executing the practice and the training activity on the sea, and to establish the medical support system. And also, it is a big problem to secure resident's safety, and to continue the medical service in the region after the global earthquake disaster occurs and the isolated space. In this paper, we propose the remote medical care model through INMARSAT satellite. With our system, the evaluation experiment was executed. It connected between oceanographic survey training ship "BOUSEIMARU" and the ISEHARA hospital in the INMARSAT satellite. The communication data is health care information, and an image information, etc. |
