Abstract(in English) We demonstrate a polarization imaging screen using vector gratings by ultraviolet laser direct writing of polarized-light-induced optical anisotropy in photocrosslinkable polymer liquid crystals. For realizing a polarization-sensitive diffraction in the image screen, spatial distribution of the optical anisotropy has been designed, and the right- and left-hand side circularly polarized optical image are clearly reconstructed as the +1th and -1th-ordered diffraction according to the theoretical expectation.
