Abstract(in English) The quality of document is important to develop successfully systems. Many researches were proposed to evaluate the quality of program codes. However, the definitions of document quality, evaluation criteria, and usage methods are still not established. In this paper, we try to analyze research issues on systems document quality. We also discuss an approach to describe the research roadmap for systems development document quality.
