Abstract(in English) Brain-computer interface (BCI) is an emerging technology to translate non-invasively measured brain signals into commands, providing an additional communication channel. In this paper, a BCI platform is developed to remotely control a mobile robot through the Internet. The platform consists of the server for signal processing and the robot with an Android. The Android smartphone transfers the command from the server to the robot and transmits video stream to the server for the feedback to the user. In this paper, we employed BCI based on steady-state visual evoked potentials (SSVEP) on this platform and showed the possibility of control a mobile robot using BCI.
