| Abstract(in English) | We aim to realize an e-Participation Web Platform for increasing public involvement in regional communities. The key point of increasing public involvement is participation of young citizens. To achieve this goal, we need an opinion archive, a database of structured opinions on regional issues. Our system consists of two parts. One part is a system for structuring public opinions and Web contents relevant to a target region. The other part is a discussion support system based on the structuring system. The structuring system aggregates tweets on a regional communities and links to relevant events. The discussion support system helps users to find interesting topics for discussion. In this paper, we explain the architecture of our system and the two subsystems. |
