Abstract(in English) In this study, we investigated the concentrating properties of nitride based solar cells up to 200 suns. The conversion efficiency of our nitride-based solar cell increased with increase of concentration up to 200 suns. Short circuit current density, open circuit voltage, fill factor, and conversion efficiency are 510 mA/cm^2, 1.9 V, 70% , and 3.4%, respectively, under air mass 1.5 G of 200 suns at room temperature.
