Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A low delay video transmission is important for live broadcasting to make communication smoothly. Although trimming buffering time of receiver is effective to reduce this latency, it also increases a risk of buffer underflow against packet delay caused by network congestion. In this paper, a control method of packet delay using multiple transmission paths is discussed. We propose a delay control method which estimates maximum throughput without increase of delay for each paths and selects suitable path to send packets. Our experiments on emulated network show that this method controls delay within a target time.
