Abstract(in English) We develop Self-Organizing Area Design and Operation Technologies on heterogeneous networks which consists of macro base stations and femtocell base stations in the 4th generation mobile communication systems (IMT-Advanced). When users install femtocells in any place in order to ensure indoor coverage area which has high path loss, interference between femtocells occurs. In order to improve of the problem, we propose a time domain control scheme with Graph Coloring on Coordinated Base stations in heterogeneous networks. And then we evaluate the performance improvement of the user throughput of the proposal scheme by the network simulation.
