Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Optical code division multiplexing (OCDM) is a promising candidate for secure multiplexing systems. To improve data confidentiality, M-ary OCDM system using a block-ciphering method is proposed. In this paper, we demonstrate polarization multiplexed (POL-MUX) 256-ary OCDM system using 256 symbols. Moreover, we propose and analyze 4096-ary OCDMA using multidimensional phase shift keying (PSK) optical codes (OCs).
