Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this manuscript, the medium access control (MAC) layer throughput of an M-ary physical-layer network coding (PNC) scheme, CoMP-PNC, is discussed in a two-way relay channel, where CoMP-PNC is one of PNC schemes using coherent coordinated multi-point (CoMP). The two-way relay channel is constructed in order to establish a robust link between two wireless nodes by deploying a relay node in a CoMP cluster. It is assumed that a decode-and-forward (DF) scheme is employed in the relay node with M-ary error correcting codes. A derivation method for the throughput upper bound is discussed for 802.11 a/g-based orthogonal frequency division multiplexing and quadrature amplitude modulation (OFDM-QAM) singals.
