Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) More than one business operator will be intricately-intertwined with each other and provide services in a flourishing period of cloud service. Under such conditions, a performance bottleneck or a trouble of the resource which a specific operator manages can have an enormous influence on the quality of the whole service. In addition, there will be inequality in rewards and it'll become difficult to form the sound ecosystem because there is no mechanism to measure the contribution of each operator to service offering fairly. In this paper, we consider the service management model which enables to monitor the service quality and adjust accounts between operators by means of overlooking efficiently the relations between operators who compose cloud service: IT operators, NW operators and contents providers.
