Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) On March 23th 2011, the Tokyo District Court gave judgement of Iressa case. In the verdict, it is pointed out that the focussed adverse event, interstitial lung disease, did not appear at the top of the fields of serious adverse events in the original package insert of Iressa. This statement is one of the foundations that doctors could not read the severity of interstitial lung disease. In this paper, we utilize natural language processing technique to find the order of descriptions of serious adverse events.
