| 抄録(和) | 福島第一原発事故を製品安全の観点から検討した.まず,安全度水準の評価,製品(システム)欠陥有無の考察を行った後,製品安全達成プロセスの実施失敗箇所を指摘した.製品安全達成プロセスにおいて,このような実施失敗を起こさないための教訓をまとめた. |
| 抄録(英) | I examined the Fukushima 1 nuclear power plant accident in terms of product safety. After estimating the safety integrity level and testing the defect of product (system), I pointed out failed steps of the implementation during the process to achieve product safety. I collected the lessons to prevent such failures in the process to achieve product safety. |
