| Abstract(in English) | I examined the Fukushima 1 nuclear power plant accident in terms of product safety. After estimating the safety integrity level and testing the defect of product (system), I pointed out failed steps of the implementation during the process to achieve product safety. I collected the lessons to prevent such failures in the process to achieve product safety. |
