Abstract(in English) | We developed the high-speed optical transceiver for board-to-board and rack-to-rack optical interconnects. Lens integrated optical devices allowed us to obtain high optical coupling efficiency between optical devices and optical connector by butt-coupling. We achieve fabricating transceiver which was low power consumption of 9mW/Gbit/s by using CMOS integrated circuit. The optical transceiver demonstrated error free multi mode fiber (MMF) transmission at a bit rate of 25 Gbit/s. |
