Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To ensure that video communication services meet the high expectations of end users, user quality of experience (QoE) must be properly considered. Therefore, various QoE assessment methods for video services have been proposed. However, to assess user expectation we have to consider multiple QoEs, such as preference and motivation, which vary with each participant. We propose a QoE assessment method for mobile video service based on user preferences, video quality, motivation, and level of motivation achievement. From the subjective test results, we considered multiple QoEs, such as preference and motivation, which vary with each user.
