QoE Real-Time Estimation and Monitoring in Audiovisual and Haptic Interactive IP Communications

Abstract(in English) This report deals with audiovisual and haptic interactive IP communications and estimates QoE in real time. For real-time estimation of QoE, we carry out regression analysis between QoE and application-level QoS and obtain equations for the estimation. We measured the application-level QoS and made a subjective experiment by assessing QoE multidimensionally with the SD method. To monitor QoE, we derive estimates for three QoE measures. We apply linear and non-linear regression analysis to the experimental results. As a result, we find that the obtained equations can estimate QoE with high accuracy. By using the equations, we have designed a multidimentional QoE monitoring system.
