| 抄録(和) | 可聴域上限を上回る超音波成分が可聴音と共存することによって,共存する可聴音がより快く美しく雰囲気豊かに感じられる効果(ハイパーソニック・エフェクト)があるという報告がされており,プロのミュージシャンやオーディオ愛好家の中にはこの音質の違いを聴き分けることのできる人がいるという.もしこのような効果が存在するとしたら,超音波成分を含んだ再生音を聴く機会がほとんどない一般の人はその違いを聴き分けることができるのであろうか.そこで,そのような再生音をほとんど聴いたことのない大学生を被験者として,スーパーオーディオCD(SACD)由来の3つの音源の帯城を8kHz, 12kHz, 16kHz, 20kHzで分けた際,高城側の成分の有無による音質の違いをどこまで知覚できるのか心理学的音質評価実験を行い検討した.その結果,その効果の存在を支持する傾向の結果が得られ,また新たにその効果には16～20kHzの成分も特に重要になってくるのではないかということが示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | It was reported that the existence of inaudible high-frequency components above 20kHz affects the acoustic perception of audible sounds (hypersonic effect), and it is said that there are those who can perceive the differences between sounds with or without these ultrasound components among professional musicians or audio manias. There is the question of whether the existence of such "inaudible" high-frequency components may affect the acoustic perception of audible sounds for we ordinary people who had few opportunities to listen to the reproduction sound including the ultrasound components. In this report, it is experimentally discussed whether subjects (university students who had few opportunities to listen to such sounds) could perceive the differences between reproduction sounds, which were originally recorded in Super Audio CD (SACD) and divided into two frequency components at 8kHz, 12kHz, 16kHz or 20kHz, with and without high-frequency components. As a result, a tendency to support the existence of the effect is obtained and it is suggested that the frequency components of 16～20kHz are also important to the effect. |
