| Abstract(in English) | A personal identification system with IC-card is introduced in a local government and used for making important public documents such as tax return which requires to guarantee personal identification. On the other hands, personal identification services using mobile-phone can be expected that it will make our life more convenient. In this paper, we focused on the public IC-card as a sample of strict identification and studied the method to realize reliable identification system with mobile-phone. We studied the cooperation of management between the IC-card for strict identification and the mobile-phone for simple identification. In our method, information of IC-card with its signature is copied to mobile-phone and is used to certificate an identification with mobile phone's signature. Unique ID (phone number) is also introduced to prevent illegal re-use of personal information. The result of the basic research for implementation of the proposed method to the smart phone operated on Android OS shows that the required secure functions can be realized on the smart phone using open source libraries. |
