| 抄録(和) | 理想的でないスイッチング動作が高周波数帯で動作するスイッチング回路の定性的性質に影響を及ぼす可能性がある.本稿は,スイッチング動作に伴う遅延が,電流制御型DC/DCコンバータの安定性に及ぼす影響について検討する.まず,回路モデルを示す.次に,クロック間の解軌道を厳密解を用いて定義する.最後に,理想的なスイッチング動作が行われる場合と比較することで,スイッチング遅れが1周期解の存在領域に与える影響を調査する. |
| 抄録(英) | Unavoidable non-ideal switching action, such as the time delay (switching delay) or high frequency ripple (spike noise) affects in the DC/DC converter, which is operated in the high-frequency switching period. In this paper, we study the stability of the fixed point in the current mode controlled DC/DC buck converter with switching delay. First, we explain the circuit dynamics. Next, we define the Poincare map by using the exact solution. Finally, we calculate the stability of the fixed point. In particular, we compare the stability in the ideal switching case, and show that the switching delay affects the period doubling bifurcation. |
