Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Large structure of km size must be assembled on orbit in Space Solar Power Systems (SSPS). Now we study how to assemble structure of 100m size like mirror and panel for antenna and generator on orbit as middle target before the study of km size structure. We selected strong candidates for structure style and assembling method of 100m size large structure for SSPS and have been preparing for the ground experiment in order to demonstrate technologies used in its candidates. For the mirror, we analyzed the rate of gathering solar light and distribution of illumination on the solar array in order to study feasible requirement of large mirror on orbit.
