Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper considers a spiking neuron model with a rectangular threshold signal. The spiking neuron repeats an integrate-and-fire dynamics between threshold and base signals, and outputs the spike-train. In the presented neuron, the threshold and base signals are a rectangular waveform and constant, respectively. Focusing on the timing of output of a spike, we can derive a spike-position map. Since the map is piecewise linear, the dynamics can be analyzed rigorously. Using the map, we consider various superstable and basic bifurcation phenomena of the neuron.
