Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) For ultra-high speed and high density recording, all-optical magnetic recording with circularly polarized light and bit-patterned media technology are attracted attentions. We reported that localized circular polarization could generate in the medium from a linearly polarized incident light. In this paper, characteristics of plasmonic beak antennas with bit-patterned media are investigated and the effect on the intensity by changing a beak shape is discussed.
