Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | The FDTD method is known to be efficient as a numerical method for electromagnetic analysis. In this report, the idea in which the electric and magnetic fields are alternately calculated in the FDTD method is replaced with the alternate calculation of voltage and current in the circuit analysis, which is efficiently applied to the analysis of large scale RLC networks terminated by CMOS circuits. |
