Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Corners and Edges of metal conductor appear frequently in various electrical equipments. The line of force concentrates on the corner and the edge of metal, and the electromagnetic field strength shows a steep change spatially in the neighborhood. It is known that the field singularity near the corner and the edge causes a numerical error relevant to the discretization in the finite-difference calculation of the field. In order to improve the accuracy and numerical efficiency, methods for incorporating the singularity behavior into the finite-difference scheme have been proposed and studied. Having the singularity exponents for various corners as a preliminary knowledge, we can devise more accurate and more efficient numerical field analyses. This paper presents an improved numerical method for the analysis of singularity exponents of complex 3-dimensional corners.
