Abstract(in English) | New applications for high-speed communication and sensing are expected with millimeter-wave band over 30 GHz. Recent miniaturized CMOS technology have realized circuits operating at millimeter-wave and even at terahertz which is over 100GHz. In this paper, background of millimeter-wave and terahertz CMOS circuits and its research achievements will be discussed. |
