Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) An outdoor large-scale sensor network is fraught with a problem that its wireless link status fluctuates by various factors due to outdoor environments. One of effective ways to cope with such a problem is making each sensor node choose a quality channel dynamically. However, the existing methods are unsuitable for a communication for small data packets since their overheads of control packets for channel reservations are significant. In this paper, we propose an access control method using multi channels in a small overhead. Evaluation experiment shows that the proposed method achieves a one-tenth overhead in comparison with existing methods.
