Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wireless cooperative communication is one of the emerging topics of the recent wireless communication research. From the simple idea of adding relay channel to the various ideas of cooperative communication to achieve cooperative diversity gains, many algorithms and protocols were proposed such as the decode and forward, the amplify and forward, etc. Multi-relay schemes are also proposed, and related multi-relay selection algorithms are studied. However, in most of the multi-relay schemes, the receiving diversity of multi-relay is not exploited. In this paper, an opportunistic cluster relay scheme is proposed, considering exploiting the selection diversity inside the relay cluster. Comparing to the opportunistic single relay scheme, the proposed scheme enhances the transceiving capability of the relay, thus makes both the source node to the relay link and the relay to the destination node link better, and finally improve the overall communication performance.
