Abstract(in English) | A novel semi-passive multi-media RF-tag using 5 GHz band for distance/speed measurement and two-way communications over 30 m range is proposed. Proposed tag is composed of a 3-axis acceleration sensor, a divided microstrip antenna, a resonant open stub circuit for boosting the rectified DC voltage and a pulse key detector for the protocol operation. Multi-subcarrier multilevel phase shift keying (MPSK) scattering communication is employed for the 80 kbps QPSK data transmission at the f_s=25G kHz and a distance/speed measurement using f_s=32.768kHz free running oscillator. Experimental results of fabricated semi-passive RF-tags, i.e., tags for distance/speed measurement and two-way sensing data monitor are presented. |
