Abstract(in English) | In a multi-user MIMO system which can increase the spectral efficiency in wireless communications, MIMO preceding can reduce signal processing complexity and power consumption of mobile stations. In this paper, experimental results of the universal software radio peripheral (USRP) are reported. Mobile stations for a multi-user MIMO preceding system are implemented by using USRP. The universal hardware driver (UHD) is used in this implementation. An advantage of using UHD is that it makes easier to manage timing of USRP. In addition, as laboratory experiments of USRP and UHD, it is shown that its frequency stability, time resolution and the error vector magnitude performance during amplify and forward operation. |
